I just want to say how much I enjoy Yoga with Rachel. Rachel has a very calm, relaxed aura about her, so as soon as I walk through the door I instantly feel more at ease. I love how welcoming and friendly Rachel is and it’s my favourite time of the week.

 I tried yoga elsewhere before, but I didn't enjoy it much. Then just by luck, I did yoga with Rachel. She made it easy to follow and her instructions were clear also when I was in yoga poses in which I couldn't see her. She paced the sessions well, offering both calm and energising moments. As a beginner, I recommend her sessions.

 Rachel takes into account my difficulties with arthritis without making it obvious and with the utmost understanding and thought despite the class being in a group, she treats everyone as an individual and includes everyone's differences into the session, she is utterly wonderful, her voice and manner is soothing, relaxing and second to none, I always feel refreshed and relaxed with no pain after sessions.

 I love the relaxed atmosphere. A much needed time to totally relax and switch my mind off. Whilst I’m a beginner and still learning it is at a comfortable level for me as a beginner. The breathing exercises are very important too and I eventually hope to be able to do outside of the class as well as in the class.
