Hello, I’m Rachel, and I’m honoured to teach mixed-ability yoga classes in Biggleswade and the surrounding areas.

With nearly 15 years of experience working in educational settings that support individuals with additional learning needs and complex circumstances, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how trauma can affect the body and the mind. This has shaped the way I teach where my aim is to create a welcoming, compassionate space where everyone feels comfortable and supported, no matter where they are on their yoga journey.

I first discovered yoga in 2016, and in 2023, I felt inspired to become a teacher, with the intention of sharing the grounding and healing benefits of yoga with others. I find constant inspiration in the simplicity of nature and the joyful energy of my two dogs. These things keep me connected to the present moment and remind me of the importance of balance, mindfulness, and calm.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years, my goal is to help you reconnect with your breath, body, and mind. I want to offer a space where you can feel truly at ease, supported, and free to move at your own pace.
